Marriage of Michal Stachowiak and Jadwiga Kacprzak (1899)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Michał Stachowiak and Jadwiga Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No 8, 1899
This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 31st of January/12th of February, 1899, at 12 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Mateusz Świercz, aged 31, and Michał Dąbrowski, aged 50, both are farmers residing in the village of Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Michał Stachowiak, aged 31, single, an attendant, born and residing in Kolonia Przybranowo, the son of the living Ignacy and the deceased Marianna Stachowiak nee Chełminiak,
and Jadwiga Kacprzak, aged 23, single, born and residing in the village of Wola Bachorna, the daughter of Józef and Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Służewo and Sędzin parish churches, on the 17th/29th of January, the 24th of January/5th of February, and the 31st of January/12th of February, 1899. No impediments arose. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Julian Pytlakowski, Pastor of the Sędzin Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
