Death of Teodozja Bielawska (1863)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Teodozja Bielawska, from the Bytoń parish.

Niegibalice, No. 11, 1863

This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 22nd of March, 1863, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Mikołaj Malec, a tenant farmer, aged 60, and Józef Gołębiowski, a cook, aged 50, both are residents in Niegibalice, and stated that on the 19th of March, 1863, at 6 p.m., in the village of Niegibalice, Teodozja Bielawska, aged 1, died. She was the daughter of Józef and Marianna Bielawski. The couple are residents in Niegibalice, where Józef is a steward. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Teodozja Bielawska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
