This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Wincenty Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Piotrków, No. 23, 1907
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 29th of June/12th of July, 1907, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Antoni Lewandowski, aged 44, and Józef Balcerak, aged 45, both are laborers residing in the village of Piotrków, and stated that on the 26th of June/9th of July, 1907, at 4 p.m., in the village of Piotrków, Wincenty Deręgowski, aged 74, died. He was a laborer and the son the late couple Maciej and Wiktoria Deręgowski. He was born in the village of Palczewo and resided in the village of Piotrków. He leaves behind his widow Zuzanna Deręgowska nee Gorzycka. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wincenty Deręgowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
