This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Józefa Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Palczewo, No. 12, 1876
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 25th of January/6th of February, 1876, at 4 a.m. Wincenty Deręgowski appeared, aged 38, a settler residing in the village of Palczewo, in the presence of Wawrzyniec Kłos, aged 50, and Andrzej Pluskota, aged 40, both are settlers residing in Zborowczyk, and showed us a female child born in the village of Palczewo, on the 24th of January/5th of February, 1876, at 3 a.m., to his lawful wife Zuzanna nee Gorzycka, aged 22. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Józefa. The godparents were: Wawrzyniec Kłosowski and Marianna Pluskota. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
