This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Palczewo, No. 64, 1873
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 15th/27th of June, 1873, at 3 p.m. Wincenty Deręgowski appeared, aged 37, a farmer residing in the village of Palczewo, in the presence of Marcin Zaliwkowski, aged 30, and Józef Ratajczyk, aged 30, both are settlers residing in the village of Zborowczyk, and showed us a female child born in Palczewo, on the 14th/26th of June, 1873, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Zuzanna nee Gorzycka, aged 21. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Marianna. The godparents were: Marcin Zaliwkowski and Franciszka Ratajczyk. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
