Baptism of Antoni Gorzycki (1878)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Antoni Gorzycki, from the Byczyna parish.

Bieganowo No. 48, 1878

This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 28th of April, 1878, at 2 p.m. Filip Gorzycki appeared, aged 55, a laborer residing in the village of Bieganowo, in the presence of Szymon Gotówka, aged 30, and Wojciech Siwosławski, aged 50, both are farm owners residing in Bieganowo, and showed us a male child born in the village of Bieganowo, on the 26th of April, 1878, at 5 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Kocińska, aged 36. At Holy Baptism performed this day, this child was given the name Antoni. The godparents were: Antoni Wojciechowski and Katarzyna Pluskota. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
