Marriage of Wincenty Kmiec and Anastazja Gorzycka (1877)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Wincenty Kmieć and Anastazja Gorzycka, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kolonia Bieganowo, No 3, 1877
This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 11th of February, 1877, at 12 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses: Filip Gorzycki, aged 55, the father of the bride, a farm owner in Kolonia Bieganowo, and Franciszek Kmieć, aged 77, a farm owner in Kolonia Bieganowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wincenty Kmieć, single, aged 35, a farm owner in Lekarzewice in the Kościelna Wieś Parish, born in Lekarzewice, son of Franciszek and his late wife Marianna Kmieć nee Jaskierska??,
and Anastazja Gorzycka, single, aged 17, daughter of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Kocińska, who are farm owners in Kolonia Bieganowo, born in Opatowice in the Radziejów Parish.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna and Kościelna Wieś Parish Churches, on the 28th of January, the 4th and 11th of February, 1877. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement was made between them. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Dąbski, Pastor of the Byczyna Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
