Marriage of Wincenty Deręgowski and Zuzanna Gorzycka (1871)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Wincenty Deręgowski and Zuzanna Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kolonia Opatowice, No 9, 1871
This happened in the town of Radziejów on the 12th/24th of July, 1871, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of Andrzej Gardysz, aged 50, and Jakób Gralik, aged 36, both are farmers from Kolonia Opatowice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wincenty Deręgowski, aged 34, a widower, his wife Antonina nee Mazurkiewicz died in Palczewo on the 25th of May/6th of June, 1871, the son of the deceased Maciej and his widow Wiktoria Deręgowski nee Pietrasiak, a farm owner, born and residing in Palczewo – Piotrków Parish,
and Zuzanna Gorzycka, aged 19, single, the daughter of Filip and the deceased Marianna Gorzycki nee Grzelak, born and residing in Kolonia Opatowice.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Radziejów and Piotrków Parish Churches, on the 29th of June/9th of July, the 4th/16th and 11th/23rd of July, 1871. No impediments arose. A prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds, by Registrar Andrzej Mieczkowski, of the Radziejów District, on the 30th of June/12th of July, 1871, no. 279. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
