Baptism of Anastazja Gorzycka (1860)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Anastazja Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice No. 83, 1860
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 30th of August, 1860, at 2 p.m. Filip Gorzycki appeared, aged 37, a peasant colonist residing in Kolonia Opatowice, in the presence of Wincenty Nowakowski, aged 50, and Wawrzyniec Mikołajczak, aged 60, both peasant colonists residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and showed us a female child born in Kolonia Opatowice, on the 25th of August, 1860, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Kocińska, aged 18. At Holy Baptism, performed this day by Rev. Jan Grądzki, this child was given the name Anastazja. The godparents were: Jakób Marciniak, a colonist from Bronisław, and Katarzyna Nowakowska, a colonist from Kolonia Opatowice. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
