This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Rozalia Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish.
Opatowice, No. 62, 1850
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 18th of September, 1850, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Antoni Gorzycki, aged 70, resident of Opatowice, and Szymon Zaremski, aged 76, a resident of Radziejów, both are laborers, and stated that in Opatowice, on the 16th of September, 1850, at 12 a.m., Rozalia Gorzycka, aged 3, died. She was the daughter of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Rozalia Gorzycka, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
