This is my transcription of the baptismal record of Stefan Krzymianowski, from St. Adalbert’s Parish, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
No. 12, 1916
On the 25th of October, 1916, at 4:15 a.m., Stefan Bolesław Krzymianowski was born to his parents Stanisław and Marianna Krzymianowski nee Rolerat. The parents resided at 822 Rogers Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Both parents were born within the Warszawa Gubernia. Holy Baptism was performed by Rev. Wacław Kruszka, on the 28th of October, 1916. The Godparents were: Bolesław Rolerat and Janina Kuskowska.
