This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Józefa Krzymianowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Piotrków No. 21, 1860
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 26th of February, 1860, at 5 p.m. Michał Krzymianowski appeared, aged 25, a miller residing in Piotrków, in the presence of Jan Hofman, aged 35, and Andrzej Kotlewski, aged 33, both residents of Piotrków, and showed us a female child born in Piotrków on the 26th of February, 1860, at 3 a.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Kicińska, aged 20. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Józefa. The godparents were: Jan Hofman and Anastacja Krzymianowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
