This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Maksymilian Pyzdrowski and Marianna Jędrzejczak, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Adolfin, No 17, 1874
This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 20th of September, 1874, at 2 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Jakób Pawlak, aged 40, a shepherd in Adolfin, and Jan Czerniewicz, aged 30, a peasant farmer in Adolfin, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Maksymilian Pyzdrowski, single, aged 23, a coachman in Adolfin, born in the village of Otoczna, Szemborowo Parish, Prussia, son of Jan and Julianna Pyzdrowski nee Szcześniewska,
and Marianna Jędrzejczak, aged 20, a domestic worker in Adolfin, born in Gosławice, Siniarzewo Parish, daughter of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak nee Skonieczna.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna Parish Church on the 30th of August, 6th and 13th of September, 1874. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Dąbski, Pastor of the Byczyna Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
