This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Józef Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.
Gosławice, No. 14, 1859
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 30th of November, 1859, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Łukasz Polatowski, aged 36, and Józef Lewandowski, aged 38, both farmers residing in Gosławice, and stated that in Gosławice, on the 28th of November, 1859, at 6 a.m., Józef Jędrzejczak, aged 10, died. He was born in Gosławice, the son of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak, who are both laborers. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józef Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
