Marriage of Jakób Polatowski and Apolonia Jędrzejczak (1882)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Jakób Polatowski and Apolonia Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Gosławice, No 5, 1882
This happened in the village of Siniarzewo on the 26th of September/8th of October, 1882, at 12p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Wincenty Lewandowski, aged 50, and Jakób Matuszak, aged 50, laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jakób Polatowski, single, aged 23, a laborer residing in the settlement of Zakrzewo, the son of the late Łukasz Antoni and his widow Marianna Polatowska,
and Apolonia Jędrzejczak, aged 18, a domestic worker residing in the settlement of Gosławice, the daughter of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak, born in the settlement of Gosławice.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Siniarzewo and Straszewo Parish Churches, on the 5th/17th, 12th/24th of September, and the 19th of September/1st of October, 1882. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
