Marriage of Jan Jędrzejczak and Antonina Mirucka (1890)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Jan Jędrzejczak and Antonina Mirucka, from the Służewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Aleksandrówo, No 10, 1890
This happened in the village of Służewo on the 21st of January/2nd of February, 1890, at 4 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Jan Deręgowski, aged 28, and Jan Murawski, aged 30, both laborers residing in Aleksandrówo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jan Jędrzejczak, single, aged 25, born in the village of Gosławice, the son of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak nee Skonieczna, a menial laborer living in Aleksandrówo,
and Antonina Mirucka, single, aged 23, born in the village of Sędzinek, daughter of Marianna Mirucka, a widow, the father is unknown, a domestic worker residing in Aleksandrówo.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Służewo Parish Church, on the 7th/19th, 14th/26th of January, and the 21st of January/2nd of February, 1890. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Wawrzyniec Waszak. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
