This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Urszula Pluskota, from the Sędzin Parish.
Kolonia Sędzin, No. 56, 1899
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 9th/21st of September, 1899, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Szczepan Kujawa, aged 34, and Józef Gralak, aged 57, farm owners, residing in the village of Sędzin, and stated that in Kolonia Sędzin, on the 7th/19th of September, 1899, at 6 a.m., Urszula Pluskota, a widow, aged 80, died. She was the daughter of Jan Nadzieja and Marianna whose last name is unknown, born in the village of Szóstka. She was residing in Kolonia Sędzin with her daughter. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Urszula Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
