Marriage of Antoni Wojciechowski and Józefa Tobiasz (1896)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Antoni Wojciechowski and Józefa Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Siniarzewo, No 5, 1896

This happened in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 28th of October/9th of November, 1896, at 7 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Franciszek Piotrowski, aged 40, and Jan Józwiak, aged 37, both laborers residing in the settlement of Siniarzewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Antoni Wojciechowski, aged 22, a laborer residing in settlement of Ujma Duża, born in the settlement of Sinki, the son of the late Michał and his widow Franciszka Kozłowska,

and Józefa Tobiasz, single, aged 19, born and residing in the settlement of Siniarzewo, daughter of the late Franciszek and his widow Marianna Ziemecka,

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Siniarzewo Parish Church, on the 13th/25th of October, 20th of October/1st of November, and the 27th of October/8th of November, 1896. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
