This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Jakób Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo Parish.
Siniarzewo, No. 6, 1885
This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo, on the 16th/28th of June, 1885, at 7 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Szczepan Dąbiński, aged 40, and Ignacy Borkowski, aged 40, both laborers residing in the settlement of Siniarzewo, and stated that on the 15th/27th of June, 1885, at 4 p.m., Jakób Tobiasz, aged 14, died. He was a groundskeeper in the settlement of Siniarzewo. He was the son of the late Franciszek and his widow Marianna, who is a laborer and resides with family in the settlement of Gosławice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jakób Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
