This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Andrzej Tobiasz, from the Sędzin Parish.
Wola Bachorna, No. 40, 1887
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 20th of June/1st of July, 1887, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Błażej Rasboszczki?, a domestic worker, aged 20, and Antoni Laskowski, a domestic worker, aged 50, both residents of the village of Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 18th/30th of June, 1887, Andrzej Tobiasz, aged 27, died. He was married to Michalina Tobiasz nee Sobocińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Andrzej Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
