Baptism of Piotr Pluskota (1850)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Piotr Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka No. 14, 1850

This occurred in the village of Broniewo on the 25th of June, 1850, at 8 p.m. Szczepan Pluskota appeared, a farmer, aged 37, residing in Szóstka, in the presence of Józef Błaszak, a farmer, aged 45, and Szymon Woszczak, a tenant farmer, aged 55, both residents of Szóstka, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Szóstka, on the 25th of June, 1850, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Urszula nee Nadzieja, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Piotr. The Godparents were: Mateusz Fortuna and Agnieszka Panczyńska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
