Baptism of Michalina Pluskota (1847)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Michalina Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka No. 25, 1847
This occurred in the village of Broniewo on the 15th of September, 1847, at 8 p.m. Szczepan Pluskota appeared, a farmer, aged 34, residing in Szóstka, in the presence of Szymon Sobieraj, aged 35. and Augustyn Błaszak, aged 33, both farmers residing in Szóstka, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Szóstka, on the 15th of September, 1847, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Urszula nee Nadzieja, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Michalina. The Godparents were: Szymon Sobieraj and Katarzyna Błaszak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
