This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Stanisław Pluskota, from the Sędzin Parish.

Sędzin Folwark No. 2, 1858

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 4th of February, 1858, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Jan Jasiczak, aged 36, and Łukasz Juszczyński, aged 30, both laborers residing in the Sędzin Folwark, and stated that on the 2nd of February, 1858, at 10 p.m., Stanisław Pluskota, aged 14, died. He was a resident of the Sędzin Folwark, and was born in Szóstka, to his parents Szczepan and Urszula Pluskota. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Stanisław Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
