Baptism of Wawrzyniec Pluskota (1891)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Wawrzyniec Pluskota, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Sinki No. 23, 1891
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 28th of July/9th of August, 1891, at 1 p.m. Paweł Pluskota appeared, a laborer residing in the settlement of Sinki, aged 28, in the presence of Józef Budnik, aged 51, and Jakub Michalak, aged 51, both laborers residing in the settlement of Sinki, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the settlement of Sinki, on the 26th of July/7th of August, 1891, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Rozalia nee Bilarska (should be Bielawska), aged 33. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wawrzyniec. The Godparents were: Ignacy Lewandowski and Katarzyna Wesołowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
