This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Franciszek Krzymianowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Wąsewo No. 28, 1873
This occurred in the village of Piotrków on the 28th of February/12th of March, 1873, at 4 p.m. Michał Krzymianowski, a miller, age 33, living in the village of Wąsewo, appeared in the presence of Łudwik Chwiałkowski, a miller, age 42, and Wojciech Ołszewski, a foreman, age 57, both residents of the village of Wąsewo, and showed us a male child, stating that it was born in the village of Wąsewo on the 23rd of February/7th of March, 1873, at 11 p.m., to his wife Jadwiga nee Kicińska, age 32, At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Franciszek. The godparents were Ludwik Chwiałkowski and Katarzyna Oraszek. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
