This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Adam Nowak, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 33 1877
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 21st of December, 1877, at 4 p.m. Andrzej Rutkowski, age 42, and Andrzej Balcerak, age 34, both farmers residing in Zakrzewo, appeared and stated that on the 20th of December, 1877, at 10 a.m., Adam Nowak, died, age 1, who was born in and a resident of Zakrzewo. His parents were Mateusz and Maryanna Nowak nee Pankowska, farmers in Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Adam Nowak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
