Baptism of Jakob Nowak (1870)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Jakób Nowak, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 38 1870
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 30th of June, 1870, at 5 p.m. Mateusz Nowak, (occupation?), resident of the village of Zakrzewo, age 30, appeared in the presence of Jakób Cieslakiewicz, age 34, (occupation?), and Onufry? Brzelinski, age 30, (occupation?), both residents of Zakrzewo, and showed us a male child, stating that it was born in the village of Zakrzewo on the 29th of June, 1870, at 12 p.m., to his wife Maryanna nee Pankowska, age 25. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Jakób, and the godparents were: Jakób Cieslakiewicz and Katarzyna Wawrzeniak, both from Zakrzewo. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
