Baptism of Adam Nowak (1876)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Adam Nowak, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 63 1876
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 24th of December, 1876, at 4 p.m. Mateusz Nowak, age 34, a farmer in Zakrzewo, appeared in the presence of Jakób Cieslakiewicz, age 42, and Mateusz Gminski?, age 46, both farmers residing in Zakrzewo, and showed us a male child, stating that it was born in the village of Zakrzewo on the 22nd of December, 1876, at 4 a.m., to his wife Maryanna nee Pankowska, age 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day by Rev. Skórczyński, this child was given the name Adam, and the godparents were: Franciszek Wiśniewski and Maryanna Wożniewska?. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
