Baptism of Jan Jędrzejczak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jan Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 18, 1865

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 4th of June, 1865, at 2 p.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak appeared, age 45, in the presence of Tomasz Błachowicz, age 45, and Piotr Zaranek, age 40, tenant farmers and residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a male child born in the village of Gosławice on the 2nd of June, 1865, at 7 a.m., to his wife Teresa nee Skonieczna, age 40. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Jan, and the godparents were: Matuesz Nęcki and Agata Lipa. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
