Baptism of Katarzyna Pankowska (1808)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Katarzyna Pankowska, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, 1808

On the 30th of October, 1808, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Kujawy Circuit Court, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pankowski appeared, a farmhand residing in the village of Wola Bahorna, and presented Us a female child, which was born on the 28th of October, 1808, to his lawful wife Franciszka. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Katarzyna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Andrzej Kucharciak, aged 26, a farmhand residing in Wola Bachorna; and Kazimierz Marszałczak, aged 55, the village mayor of Wola Bachorna. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
